MD Process Innovation is an independent consultancy founded by Michael Deichsel, a specialist in continuous improvement, operational excellence, and process automation. After leading large-scale transformation and automation initiatives, Michael now helps organisations grow their internal process improvement and automation capability and build the foundations needed for modern AI-enabled operations.
